Refund Policy for MEDDERA
At MEDDERA, our mission is to provide products that help you achieve confidence and beautiful results with us. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our offerings, and we recommend using them consistently for at least 14 days to see optimal results. If, after this period and within our 30-day money-back guarantee, you are unsatisfied, please contact us at support@meddera.com to initiate a return.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will likely have entered processing, and adjustments may not be possible. If canceled within the timeframe, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by our products and encourage you to give them a fair try. Use them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you remain dissatisfied, you may return the items anytime within the 30-day guarantee period. Please note, any shipping fees are non-refundable.
To begin a return, email us at support@meddera.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used for your purchase to expedite the process.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to ensure safe delivery. However, if an item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@meddera.com with a photo of the damage. Damaged packaging with intact products does not qualify for replacement. Meddera will replace eligible damaged items at no cost.
Please note, damages from normal use or misuse are not covered for replacement or refund.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping and aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. While we strive for prompt delivery, delays caused by external factors such as customs or courier issues are beyond our control. Should a problem arise, please contact the courier for assistance.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace orders for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, Meddera cannot provide refunds or resends for the affected order.
